Delivery & Shipping Information

Once you have chosen your bear and placed your order we will get to work straight away with the personalisation to make your bear extra special, this will take up to 3 working days.

Once your bear is ready we will carefully pack them up in the cotton draw string bag and post them via royal mail standard delivery tracked and you or your loved one will receive the beautiful bear within 2-3 working days.
